London is a very very expensive place to live. To rent a flat
(apartment) and a small 1 bedroom one is about £800 ($1152-ish) a
week. And to buy - forget it unless you have megga bucks.
There ara a lot of henna artists there not to mention the world
record breaker Ash Kumar and the former world record breaker (the
lady who trained me) Joshiv - see her link below.

So there are lots of competition about.
