Trouble with london is that in the areas that are tourist attractions ppd henna is rife and so is police crackdowns on illegal trade. I have been to London and set up and traded there but its not nice you cannot get a licence to trade....if you was to look at secure premesis then your looking at large amounts of cash as its the capital city. However you can always advertise and go locally for trade. Do events and functions....try to get a spot at the open markets etc etc. You can do well there as long as you approach it in the right way (as with anywhere and everywhere) but unfortunately its a major expensive place to live and survive (as is the UK anyway compared to most other countries esp the US) It all depends on how you mean by doing henna....myself i do it as a business and therefore its my main source of income. If you just wanna do it locally and have few people round every now and then then you should be able to manage this whilst having a job to bring in the cash to live in london. Up north where samantha lives is a whole different story.....cheaper to live but less extra money to spend on fun things such as henna. If London is set in your mind then i would suggest going to the outskirts - head towards Southend......a tourist attraction. If you are interested hennaboy studios is expanding and is offering franchise opportunities throughout the UK depending on pitch and other circumstances. You can always talk to us more if you wished to embark on a hennaboy studio. Need any more info.....brain to pick?....just ask!
