The design is copyright of the artist 2. The canvas is owned by the client...so therefore they have in fact bought a copy of the design 3. The client has rights to that canvas only....so therefore is not allowed to reproduce it without consent its like buying a painting.....that copy is yours but you dont own it....you cannot reproduce it without permission. So on a website.....you need consent to use it from the artist whos painting you or anyone else. Even if its a original one off piece its still artist copyright. hehehe....i liked this one this was quite interesting!!!
