Mean people used to be mean kids, and I see the mean kids every day I
teach. Some of them know what they're doing, some of them don't, but
without being able to experience empathy and sympathy, they're going
to stay mean for a long time to come. Ignoring the troll is good.
Preening in the overwhelming support and respect from the forum is
better.
