First off, that looked like a great design!

For help exfolating (sp?), you might try Lava soap - it's the stuff
auto repair people use to clean their hands. It's a bit rough, and I
wouldn't want to use it every day, but it could help.

I don't bother with New Skin. We have two bottles around here
somewhere (and a few tubes of peel-off masque), but they never really
worked for me. I guess I'm just a lemon juice/sugar kinda person. I
use the RealLemonade concentrate and it seems to keep the henna stuck
firmly to my skin. I don't have to worry about smearing when I wrap
because I know the henna isn't going anywhere. I haven't tried
anything as elaborate as your design (again - great, from what I can
see), though.
