I have 4 kids around here and with all the spot mopping, cooking, dishes, laundry, diaper changes, (although we are almost done with that now!) my henna never seems to last more than a week on my hands, there are always some stubborn spots....but maybe a little spring cleaning might help things right along....try using a little Soft Scrub with Bleach, it is harsh but should be ok on your palm as long as you don't have any cuts...it has little granules in it which might be helpful..and then I think (like someone else already said) if you go over it again the new lines will be much bolder than the smears...good luck!
