Mira sorvino has hennaed hands in the movie replacement killers (I
just saw it a couple of days ago).
Also in the movie "What women Want", there's a scene where Mel Gibson
in in the bathroom at his "friend's" house (not Helen hunt, but the
other one "Lola"?). In the background, there's a henna kit (I beleive
it is Earth Henna). Didn't see any henna on her body, but maybe I
missed it.
