Right....if in anyway anyone does not keep exactly within the legal
rights of the person in question that is supplying the product then
they can use this as defence against any action against them. For
example if a great deal of people state the wrong things in the wrong
way then this can be used as harrasment and would endanger any action
brought against them.

We are talking legal rights and legal implications those of you in
the US and elsewhere may know your rights but they do not exactly
translate to the UK. What i was asking was to leave it with me to
ensure that it is dealt with.....alas regardless messages have been
sent that may have already done the damage.
