The online form for reporting violators who add PPD to henna, and who
have unlisted ingredients in their henna paste is below.
It is ILLEGAL to put PPD into henna, and it is ILLEGAL to have
unlisted or innacturate ingredient listings in henna. If you've been
injured, report it!
You paid your taxes..... get some good out of them! If the FDA knows
what products are injuring people, they'll be seized at customs.
