Michelle, how do you test for dye?Posted by jessica on May 27, 2001 at 22:04:28: In reply to: Answers to some of your questions....Joe, Ann, Dawn R, and everyone else posted by Michelle Rossfeld on May 27, 2001 at 21:25:34: Hi Michelle - It's great that you've spent so much time testing thingsout and I understand if you're uncomfortable slandering vendors but I would love to know about other results you've found during your tests. This is not slander, just your opinion, and the point of the forum and when it works best is when people share their experiences and compare them with others. There is no need to be vindictive or mean spirited when you share this information,it's just an opinion and you're entitled to one, we would all love to be the recipients of your hardwork, afterall sharing the info. of our own experiences just makes it that much easier for everyone interested in quality work. If you're not willing to share with us those brands where you found dye in the powder would you at least share how one tests for dye? I have some reservations about some powder I have and would love to test it accurately for dye but don't know how, I would love any tips you might have. I certainly don't want to be telling people my henna powder is safe, organic and non chemical if there is dye in the powder. Thanks for any direction you might have! Jessica
