Oh the joys of hand work........its a rare thing really...we do
perhaps 3-6 customers a day with hand designs. The rest is dolphins
etc as you said. The hand designs range from dolphins etc as they
dont want to take any clothes off to usually down a finger and
wrapped around the wrist type pattern.

Last year saw us do a full two hands (Ł120) which as you can imagine
at that price is very rare ;)

Time is money and all that!
