Just saw this story posted at About.com. It is about the author's
henna experience in Morocco. Pretty basic stuff but nice photos of
the process. The strange part was she said she had an allergic
reaction, she thinks to the iodine they put in the henna. It sounds
like she assumed but didn't ask. Knowing henna in Morocco it was
probably something more nasty than iodine that was added to the
henna. She also wrongly assumed that they put the lemon-sugar on to
ease her allergic reaction. Fortifies my belief that she was making
a lot of assumptions.
