Manipulated image?

Actually, they lifted it wholesale, they didn't even "manipulate"it. It was used exactly the same way as it was used on my page, and
when I downloaded it and compared it to mine, it was exactly the same.
As far as not caring about the fern -- I didn't think the fern
was "lifted" the same way my graphic was - I thought that they had
copied the style. It would have been polite to credit Alex, but I
don't think it was exactly copywrite infringement. Any opinions?
