Smudges

Anyone out there charge for smudged designs at fairs and festivals?
If so, how much? If not, why not?

I get very frustrated fixing designs and am beginning to feel that if
I tell people that I charge for fixing smudges they will be more
careful. I just don't know what to charge, or if there is another
take on the subject of smudges.
