I've had several people over the past few months see my designs and
tell me that it's evil (their word) and it's a sin to mark the body
in any way. This has thrown me even more than the Indian or Pakistani
women saying I shouldn't be doing henna since it's not a western art.

I've responded by saying that I'm sorry they view it that way and
pretty much left it at that. None of them seem particularly open to
learning more about it.

Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar reaction and
how they handled it.
