Oh to be young!!!!! I don't wrap, or anything - I did try new skin (the english one) - I put it in a spray pump thingy and it was ok - I did it at a Rave when I was really worried about people getting knocked. I just tell them how important it is to keep the henna on all night and I give them a leaflet which explains it all. I do use Henna Mud though and it does stain beautifully. Doesn't really help does it. Although, you will find when you are out and about you don't do that many of the expensive ones - mainly your little cheap ones. As for me, I am out every weekend and it is even more popular this year than last - which is great! Everywhere I go I am working non-stop. Good luck - keep us informed. Lynn HI guys, : : Just a quickie. I've got a fete coming up, nothing major but I've got : some really nice new designs. The problem is they are quite big and : intricate therefore I was going to charge about £15 for them (if : anyone wants one is another problem). My quandry is that for the : smaller ones (for which I usually charge about £2) I dont bother : wrapping or anything, however if I am charging more obviously I want : to give the client the best possible stain. (They normaaly come out : really well but some, for whatever reason don't). Therefore my : question is, does anyone use wrapping or anything like new skin : (apparently the stuff over here isn't the same as that in the states) : or do you just leave it 'au natrel'. I tried using lemon sugar but it : seemed to drive the wasps crazy, which isn't such a good thing. : Hope someone can help. : : Cheers : : P.S. Hi Lynn, sorry I didn't say hello, only I've been stuck in the : wilds of cornwall where things like the internet are still viewed : with suspicion. Hope the season is kicking of nicely and your : hennaing up some treats.
