The flagpoles were cheap deep sea fishing rods that collapsed into a manageable size when time to go home. A few of these with colorful silk flags with hennaed hands? Sparkly mylar streamers fluttering in the breeze as high as you can get them? Helium balloons even with some little flags tied on???? (A wise man once said, if you get it UP, someone's bound to notice. Or was it a woman?)
