Koran and actually recommended to women. I would like to encourage
you to follow up on Robert's advice of going to Erzerum. When in
Turkey last year I was told repeatedly that the possibilities of
traveling to Iran through Erzerum were very do-able. I hope that
your being turned down once is not going to set a precedent.
On a lighter note, with the recent elections mandating a more liberal
atmostphere, I believe you will be successful at entering, all in
good time, inshallah! I'm going to give Erzerum a try next winter
when I go back to Turkey.
