Erfan,I understand the longing to go to your home country. I tried to make
my daughter promise me that she would never go, but she said that she
could not make that promise. *sigh* I don't want to scare you but
let me tell you what happened to one of our Persian friends. He was
born in America. Both of his parents are Iranian so he also is an
Iranian citizen. They went to Iran when Ali was 18 on a visit. They
tried to conscript him into the military. They got him home but it
cost a bunch of money in bribes. They probably really didn't want
him since he speaks Farsi like a 2 year old. He thinks it was just a
scheme to get the money.
