Eyebrow Threading In Bakersfield or Irvine, CA?

Hello, I am sorry if this is off topic, but my friend Ayesha gets hereyebrows threaded and she is moving to California. She is very
concerned as to where she can have her brows threaded after she
arrives. I would like to surprise her by being able to inform her
that there are indeed places where she can have them done, and lay
her "wolfy" eyebrow fears to rest. Can anyone reccomend a place or
two in the Bakersfield or Irvine California area? She has them done
now in NJ, at an Indian establishment. She is meticulous about
getting them done and I would like surprise her. Thanks!
