Cut the tip at an angle so the seam is back from the tip. Hold the
bag so the seam is on the UP side. That way, the seam won't drag in
the paste. Some people like to use the bag with teeeeeeny pastry
tips.

You'll get an elliptical line .... and lay the elipse on it's edge for
the tiniest line.
