There are also a huge number that provide an excellent service. Though I am sure everyone shares and understands your annoyance and fustration don't be too quick to tar all of us with the same brush. If you had followed this forum for a while before shopping you could have quickly drawn up a list of reputable suppliers. Kenzi and Castle arts are regularly featured her for example. It always payes to check if the company has given and address on their web site first. No reputable organisation should be afraid to give this information. That said they are not quite as invisible as you think. I did a quick Wois search against the URL www.henna-art.com the results are as follows: Registrant: MIRACLES 3200 GREENHILL ROAD SPARROWS POINT, MD 21219 US Domain Name: HENNA-ART.COM Administrative and Billing Contact: DANIELS, AMY manju@EROLS.COM MIRACLES 3200 GREENHILL ROAD SPARROWS POINT,, MD 21219 410-388-1194 Technical Contact: Network Operations Center 1 Federal St Building 111-4L Springfield, MA 01105 US (609) 734-3700 Fax- 609-919-8574 That should give you someone to chew out : HI EVERYONE, : I JUST WANTED TO WARN ALL ARTISTS OUT THERE WHO ORDER SUPPLIES : THROUGH ONLINE VENDORS.
