Yup, same stuff. In fact, I get mine at a store that is part drugstore, part beauty supply store and part adult toy store.
And the powder can be anything, baby powder, for example. It's just
to keep the latex from sticking to itself which it is prone to do.
Wait until the latex dries and then dust it lightly with the powder
and away you go!
