little missed spots on the skin

This is a new one for me....at least I think it is. I did a great
design on my wrist and after removing the N/S, there seemed to be a
few little holes in the design. I tried redoing these spots and the
color doesn't seem to stain in these areas. Hmmmm. Any ideas?
