I recommend using NO oilsPosted by Lauren on June 27, 2001 at 21:46:23: In reply to: 2 questions posted by samantha on June 26, 2001 at 19:55:00: If you are doing people who are used to henna, they will (for themost part) be willing to do all the boring, time-consuming stuff that makes the henna last so long. They will (likely) find the end result of a lasting beauty worth the time it takes to be properly wrapped, heated, and just the whole waiting thing. Indeed, people from a culture that uses henna traditionally (may) find the process an integral and important part of the final result. Using oils to increase the color depth while reducing the wait time is a great idea for impatrient people, but the design fades so quickly, I think they may be disappointed. Or they may just want a "quick 'n' sleazy" job, which is fine and fun, too. I'd ask ahead what they generally do after the henna is on and go from there. Lauren
