Cajeput: No wrap! No heat! No sweat! No fooling!Posted by Catherine Cartwright Jones on June 29, 2001 at 21:35:43: In reply to: Cajeput posted by Catherine Cartwright Jones on June 29, 2001 at 20:23:59: Really!I didn't wrap. I didn't steam. I didn't sweat. It's summer, but it's not a heat wave. And, these are fine lines ... not heavy applications! One of the previous tests had the henna on only 1 hour with no cover and got great color. This test had henna on 7 hours. Midnight to wake-up. Previous to this test, I did 3 separate side-by-sides with Mehndi Mud and the cajeput/Castle Arts henna. Each time, Castle Art + Cajeput came up darker and lasted longer than Mud pre-made paste ... on shin, forearm, and top of foot, with and without wrap, long application and short application. What blows me away ... is that in the 6 hours since I took those pix, the henna has gotten DARKER! My palm henna is the color of wrought iron. On the back of my fingers, it's ebony. On the back of my hand and up my arm, it's Lindt bar bittersweet extra dark chocolate brown. I got cajeput EO from Wyndemere. Link below.
