An aside, I use Mud at festivals too and once it's defrosted and re-
frozen it loses much of its staining power. The first defrost is great
and if it's re-frozen a second time I find it only suitable to
personal things or friends and family. The quality of the stain is not
such that I feel comfortable charging for it after a re-freeze. That
said, the woman should have called you the next day if she really
expected you to accomodate her.
