Frankincense Oil

I hennaed my wrist and ankle Saturday night with henna I'd mixed on
Tuesday - normally I would have just tossed it out, but was in the
mood to play and it was all I had made. I added a few drops of
frankincense oil and it is darker than it was the day after it was
made! I'm amazed. My wrist and ankle NEVER get dark (at least not
until now). Have I been tossing out the henna too early or do you
think it was the oil?
