It's called the hand of Fatima, and there are thousands of
variations on it. I'll include a link to a jewelry site that has lots
of hand of fatima pendants, to give you an idea.
There's a stylized version common in Morocco (and throughout the
Middle East) called the khamsa, which is Arabic for five and refers
to the five fingers of the hand.
I "invent" hands of fatima by drawing a stylized hand and filling
it in with Berber designs or arabesques.
