I have been so considering trying to make it to Brushwood. But Iknow (as I have told Catherine) that I can not really do the great
outdoors thing. I have serious reactions to any bug bites and am
just a pain to be around as I try to out maneuvor my way around the
insects. So, though I am new to the forum, I do have an interest in
getting together with people who are serious about the art. I would
love to hear about a gathering that takes place indoors regardless of
the time of the year. And if this winter is the time, I would be
there and would support it in whatever way was needed. Keep me in
touch. I know regardless of my desires, common sense will keep me
away from Sirius Rising in Brushwood. No one wants to be responsible
for rushing me to a hospital emergency room. I will await the
posting of the outcomes of the experiments here. Sometimes my desire
to gather with people with similar interests gets the better of my
good sense. I was trying very hard to convince myself that this time
I would not be bitten or have a reaction. But I know that I will.
Catherine, I so would love to be there but common sense will prevail
this time. Hopefully, there will be something taking place "where
ever" later in the year that I can attend. Please keep the idea
alive and make it happen. I will have to rely on all of you to do
this.
