Haven't used Elmers, but this weekend I used Ben Nye's Liquid Glitterover moist paste, and was it amazing in the sunlight. The silver
prism just sparkled like jewelry. It seemed to seal the paste well
enough, and I did dab l/s on throughout the day and the glitter
barely removed.
Was not too fun to take the paste off of my skin however. Seemed to
really be stuck.
