Exfoliation is your best bet - but that can be harsh on the skin.
The wonderous CCJ has mentioned that she spends a lot of time
cleaning and that helps the henna fade quicker. Other suggestions
that have come up in the past include using lava soap (or something
similiar), alpha hydroxy products, hand sanitizer - stuff like that.

Is there any chance you or another henna artist could incorporate
what you have into a design?
