Reel is a brand of proffesional makeup, i think they specialize inbody art, and special effects make up. But they make paint on
tattoos, that are cheeper than temptu, and are thicker so they work
better. I don't know about eyeliner though (im a guy) Until like a
day ago i didn't know what it was (i asked my sister). But try the
professonal make up store, its not as expensive as you may think.
But heres a tip, in the yellow pages don't look up "make-up" look
up "schools" and look for a makeup school, as they usually have a
store.
