But I know if I brew up Cinnamon stick tea, that it doesn't burn me at all. Also, the amount of clove infusion that ends up in my mix is pretty minimal, because limes/tea/etc are also in the brew. Between a bit of the hot brew and the fresh lemon juice and eucy/tea tree/or whatever oils, clove is usually the least concern I have w/ people. Thanks : for clearing that up. : : I always use an infusion of whole cloves and so far no reactions to : it (also knocking on wood).
