throw in a handful of dried whole cloves (the ones you use in curry)
in my tea mix (yes, the smell is wonderful). I've used my henna paste
on many people without any adverse reactions but like Kenzi, I do
leave my number with them and told them to call me or a doctor
immediately if they experience discomfort.
