Converting other languages into English is always a contentious subject) Essentialy it is similar to Mehndi/Mehandi oil ie a mix of essential oils in a grape or palm oil base. Like mehndi oil trying to get anyone to part with a recipe is a bit like finding the Yeti. I am not sure of the regulations in the states but over in the UK these oils count as toiletries, as a result there is no requirement to list ingredients as ther would be if classified as cosmetics. I know the one we supply does not contain eucalyptus or Lemon for example (these can cause skin irritation problems on those with sensitive skin) but I am still awaiting the list of what it does contain. Like Mehndi oil it is supposed to make the henna go darker, or at least hasten the initial darkening. I am sure you could mix your own but i am less sure about whever it would be worth it considering the initial expenditure on essential oils that would be required. As far as I know I am about the only one on the net who stocks it but to be honest I dont think its worth your while shipping it over from the UK. Much better to watch this forum for a while, there are some very interesting developments thanks to research by Catherine Cartwright Jones that may result in some safe recipes for really quick staining TRADITIONAL henna : What is mahlabiyah oil? can I buy different oils and mix my own? : Where could I buy it? Info. would be great!
