Help! How can I get this Black "henna" off?

While on vacation I got the tops of my hands done with "black
henna." I didn't know they put harmful chemicals in it. I've had it
for a little over a week now and I haven't gotten a reaction yet.
BUT, I want to get rid of it asap so that nothing happens. Is there
anything I can do to get rid of it? Thanks.
