This looks to be the most widespread virus for a long time. Nothing
to do with henna as such, or India, for that matter. The virus mails
people in the infected computer's address list plus any addresses it
finds in the web cache.
DataFellows have released a removal tool if you get infected (which
only happens if you actually open the attachment). Details at
