I like that! Another way to get them to stop is to look them
directly in the eye and ask "Excuse me, are you trying to hurt my
feelings? Why?" Most people (even teens) when faced with their own
rude behavior will back down. This also lets you make some sort of
reply instead of getting all steamed. If this is someone that does
this all the time, there may be another issue and this may help get
that out, too.
