Same problem here using CCJ recipes fainter than faint and I stuck
rigidly to the recipe using Cajeput & Geranium EO's, I must be doing
something wrong! The mix I had the day previous to reading CCJ's info
came out a real nice chocolate brown within 24 hrs of application.
I made a small mix, 1 tablespoon of henna powder, Brewed a half cup
of tea with 2 black tea bags then after around 15 miniutes of
standing brewing I reheated in the microwave then mixed 3-4 teaspoons
into the henna, about 5-6 drips of cajeput, same of eucaliptus oil,1
teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice with a smidge of sugar added, I
stired it all vigorously then put it into a bottle, sealed the bottle
and let stand for 8 hrs then appied it, both me and my wife have got
chocolate colour stains on the tops of our feet. Can someone tell me
if I'm doing the mix wrong, much appreciated.
