Now I have never gotten the deep deep stains in 15 minutes but I have gotten deep deep stains using cajeput left on longer. I was experimenting with a shaded design last night and put two different hennas (both with cajeput) on my hand and arm in spaces. One gave me the medium stain I was looking for after about 30 minutes and the other appeared to have given me a lighter medium stain in the same time. But when I put the cooking oil on the stains to get the residual dried paste off, it began to completely lift off the lighter medium stain done with one type of henna. Seems the stain was superficial and had not penetrated enough in the time it had been left on. I actually get the best bang for the buck from cajeput that I still l/s, wrap and sweat over night with. The resulting stain that I get then really lets me know what the cajeput can do. And yes, it still gets darker over time. Maureen
