Yup!
I had a leftover cone (nearly a week old) and decided to doodle on
the soles of my feet for practice. I only left it on about half an
hour or so before I decided to wipe it off and go to bed. The stain
was deep red-orange, and mahogany by the next night! It didn't stay
very long, though-- first, because I didn't leave it on very long;
second, because I did a lot of walking on concrete, which grinds the
soles of my feet down; and third, because the paste was past its
prime...
I originally used that batch only a few hours after it was terped.
I'd like to have seen what kind of results it would have had after 48
hours instead of a week.
