Wait until your henna is not shiny anymore. It should also be just barely dry to the touch. Dab it on with a cotton ball. You don't need a whole lot at a time. If you have drips, that's too much. Dab over the whole design, let dry, dab again. Press a square of toilet paper onto the design while the LS is still wet. It should stick to it pretty well. Wrap it some more in toilet paper, then tightly in plastic wrap, then put it in a sock. You canalso tie a plastic grocery bag around it with good effect., and skip the plastic wrap. : Hey y'all. I'm new to this. I stumbled upon the Henna Page, and : promptly became engrossed. I'm trying to make sure I understand the : basics before I try anything. So is this right? You cover your : henna with the lemon juice/sugar mix, and then wrap it with tp and : saran? How do you apply the lemon juice mixture? Cotton ball? Let : me know so I can understand it better! Thanks. There's this Indian : woman at the dry cleaner's, and she hennas her hands occasionally. : Maybe I'll ask her where to get the powder! See? I'm on a roll! : Please respond. Thanks again. : ~Daniel
