Artists near Henderson, NV?

I've looked on the "where" site and found nobody in the state. Ijust got email from a sick old lady who wants to buy some henna paste
to remind here of her home. She barely speaks English and my heart
goes out to her. I would sell her the paste, but I am hoping that
someone can go and do it for her for goodwill. I am also thinking
that hennaing her is a good way to let the ethnic community know
