Who else used henna?

Sorry, i just happen to be one of those kids who is unable to keep
his curiosity to himself. Anyways, Who else used henna did anyone
from eastern asia (ie. china, japan vietnam) use it? It's really
interesting because my priest told me that henna is against our moral
or something like that. But this is coming from the priest who snubs
me because I am learning the wonderful belief of wicca. Oh and does
anyone know if henna had any significance in wicca? or any other
religions?
