Kenzi is an excellent supplier, and an excellent businesswoman.
She treats her customers wonderfully, and i can guarantee you that
her "treatment" of you was not by her choice, but by something that
happened along the way. Have you made sure your email is working
properly?
Didn't anyone tell you that it's not nice to insult people to their
face, and also that it's not nice to insult someone _PUBLICLY_ in
front of their peers? You should practice better manners than that.
