I'm not sure that it is PPD, and I don't think it is. One of the
stores that I now do henna at, tried to get black henna, (before i
delivered the speach on it) and tried shelly, and it did not work. I
think they just add india ink or something, coz it didn't dye the
managers arm at all when she did it. But it does lack ingredients
and says something about allergic reactions. I think navaid is the
way to go. Is he still doing business?
