Have you tried micropore tape? It was designed to let skin breath, so
it alows the paste to oxidize. It also helps to keep it moist longer.
I put it on just as the paste is getting dry so it won't spread when I
press the tape on. It doesn't work well where you bend a bunch, can
pull off the paste, but works well elsewhere. It also pulls off most
of the paste when you remove it!

If you want to try it the brand I've foound is Nexcare, and I foound
it at Walmart for under $2!
