I've read the "His Dark Material" trilogy. Got the first book when itfirst came out and went mad waiting for the second one!
Def going to see the film though taking an open mind with me - in my
experience film are never as good as the books and seeing
characters 'in the flesh' is never the same as my own (weird)
imagainings! (god can't spell 2day. on a high as just got into my
first choice uni! yay!).
Had to get my fiance in2 reading them b4 we see the film. He took his
time starting, but is now on book 3 in the space of a fortnight!
