Eczema an itchy rash with small reddish or clear blisters. Causes
vary from individual to individual - for some people, it's food
allergies, or allergies to detergents. For me, stress, caffeine,
alcohol, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and dry, cold weather all
make it worse. Also, if I don't shower right after getting home from
the gym, sweat laying on my skin seems to make it worse. Sometimes I
don't have it at all, and other times my skin looks like it's
mutating into some kind of weird, reddish lizard. Blech. :-P Oh well,
at least it's not life-threatening!

: I kinda know what it is and stuff, but would like an explanation
from
: someone who knows what it is first hand.
:
: Also, don't know how many folks like to use home-made, natural
soaps,
: but I've found a great soap artist in St. Petersburg. Her soaps
are
: so awesome! With no detergents or any bad funk in them!
